About

Built in India, for the way Indian businesses sell.

Not a global CRM with a tax plugin. The place-of-supply rules, the per-branch registrations and the lakh-crore grouping were in the first design, because they are what the work is.

In short

SimplCRM is CRM software built by TechSlide IT Solutions in India, designed around the conditions Indian businesses actually sell under: GST decided by place of supply, a separate registration for each state a company operates in, exact rupee arithmetic, and an April financial year.

What we decided early

Why a separate database per customer?

Because shared-table multitenancy asks every query, for ever, to remember a filter, and one that forgets is a data leak. A database each makes the boundary the database’s responsibility. It costs more to operate and it is the right trade.

Why exact decimals for money?

Floating-point arithmetic is wrong about money in small amounts that accumulate. A thousand-row report that disagrees with its own quotations by four rupees costs somebody a day and costs the software its credibility permanently. It is not fixable later without a migration, so it was decided first.

Why say what the product does not do?

Because a buyer who discovers a limit after purchase tells everyone, and one who was told beforehand plans around it. We do not file GST returns, we are not an ERP, and we are not the right answer for an enterprise. Those pages say so.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Who makes SimplCRM?

SimplCRM is built by TechSlide IT Solutions, a software company in India. It is a product rather than a project — the same code runs for every customer, in the cloud or on their own servers.

Why build another CRM?

Because the tax was always an afterthought. Capable international CRMs treat GST as a configurable percentage, which works until a business sells across a state line with more than one registration. Building the place-of-supply rules into the product rather than into a customisation was the reason to start.

A workspace takes about a minute, and you can decide from the product rather than from this page.
