Prices in rupees, with the tax engine included.
Per workspace, billed monthly, no card to start. Every plan carries the GST engine, because a CRM that charges extra to get Indian tax right is quoting you a price you cannot use.
- No card to start
- GST in every plan
- Change plan either way
SimplCRM is priced per workspace and billed monthly in rupees. Each plan covers a set number of people and branches and a set of modules, and the GST engine is included in all of them. Self-serve signup needs no card, and plans can be changed in either direction as a business grows.

What the price includes
Is tax handling really in every plan?
Yes. Place-of-supply rules, CGST/SGST and IGST, HSN and SAC codes, per-branch GSTIN and exact decimal arithmetic are in the base product. There is no tier at which the tax starts being correct.
What is charged separately?
Nothing on a self-serve signup. If you ask us to migrate a large amount of data from another system, or you need a support arrangement beyond email, those are quoted per account — but they are things you ask for, not things that appear on a renewal.
How does billing work?
Monthly, per workspace, with no minimum commitment. If your procurement needs an annual agreement or a purchase order instead, contact us and we will arrange it rather than making you fit the default.
Questions people ask
How is SimplCRM priced?
Per workspace, billed monthly in rupees. Each plan sets how many people and branches it covers and which modules are switched on; the current plans and prices are listed on this page and come straight from our billing system rather than from a brochure.
Is the GST engine an extra charge?
No. Tax handling is in every plan. It is the reason the product exists, and charging separately for it would make the headline price meaningless for any business that issues GST documents.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Self-serve signup creates a workspace without payment details. Plans that include a trial show its length on their card, and you choose a plan when the trial ends rather than before it starts.
What counts as a user?
A person with their own sign-in. Plans state the number of people they cover; shared logins are not required and are a bad idea in any case, because an audit trail that says "the office account" changed something is not an audit trail.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, in either direction. Adding branches or people as you grow does not require a migration, because branch structure is part of the design rather than something bolted on.
Are there setup or implementation fees?
Not for self-serve signup — a workspace provisions itself in about a minute and is configured from its own screens. If you want help with a bulk migration from another system, ask, and we will quote that separately rather than build it into everyone’s price.
Start in about a minute
Your workspace is created with its own database, a head office branch and the GST engine already configured.
