For businesses of 5 to 200

A CRM small enough to actually start using.

No implementation project. No consultant on a retainer. A workspace in about a minute, your products loaded in an afternoon, and a correct GST quotation out of the door the same week.

  • No card to start
  • No consultant needed
  • Imports from a spreadsheet
In short

SimplCRM suits Indian businesses of roughly five to two hundred people that need GST-correct quotations and a shared record of customers. A workspace is created in about a minute, contacts import from a spreadsheet, and there is no implementation partner to engage — the people who will use it set it up from the screens themselves.

The first week

What actually happens, in the order it happens.

  1. Day one — a workspace

Sign up with your company name and a work email. You get your own database, a head office branch with your GSTIN, and the tax engine already configured.

  2. Day one — your products

Load the twenty or thirty things you actually sell, with their HSN or SAC codes and rates. This is the step that makes every later quotation take two minutes instead of twenty.

  3. Day two — your customers

Import accounts and contacts from whatever spreadsheet you keep them in. Duplicates are matched rather than doubled.

  4. Day three — your team

Add people and decide what each sees: this branch, several branches, or everything. It is a choice per person, made when you add them.

  5. Day four — a real quotation

Build one for a live enquiry, watch the tax split itself, send the PDF from your own email address, and let the deal move itself to Negotiation.

What a small business should ask

What does a CRM cost a small business in India?

Per-user monthly pricing is the norm, and the honest figure includes the parts that are often extra: tax handling, more than one branch, email sync and the API. In SimplCRM the GST engine is in every plan rather than an upsell, so the price on the pricing page is the price for a business that issues GST documents.

What happens when we grow?

You add branches and people. A second office in another state gets its own GSTIN and its own team without a migration, because branches were in the design from the start rather than added when a customer asked for them.

Can we get our data out?

Yes, whenever you want. Records export to CSV, and the REST API reads the same data the application does. A CRM that is difficult to leave is a CRM that has stopped competing for you.

What if we already use Tally?

Keep it. SimplCRM handles everything up to the invoice — the enquiry, the pipeline, the quotation, the follow-up — and hands the numbers over through export and the API. It is not trying to be your accounting package.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Does a small business need a CRM?

Once more than one person sells, yes. The point at which a CRM starts paying is when the answer to "what did we tell that customer?" lives in somebody’s inbox or head. Below about three people a shared spreadsheet holds; above it, deals get dropped and nobody notices for a month.

How long does SimplCRM take to set up?

A workspace is created in about a minute with its own database, a head office branch and GST configured. Loading your products and importing existing contacts is an afternoon. Most small businesses send their first real quotation from it the same week.

Do I need a consultant to implement it?

No. SimplCRM is set up by the people who will use it, from the screens themselves. There is no implementation partner to engage, and no configuration language to learn before the first quotation goes out.

Can I import my existing contacts and deals?

Yes, from a spreadsheet. Accounts, contacts and open deals import from CSV, and duplicates are matched against what is already there so an import does not create a second copy of every customer.
