Accounts, contacts and deals
Companies, the people inside them, and the opportunities you are working. Every email, call and note lands on the record, so the history survives the person who made it.
Pipeline, quotations, support, automation and reporting — designed together rather than assembled from acquisitions, and all of it aware that you sell in India.
SimplCRM covers the full commercial cycle: leads and accounts, a deal pipeline with per-stage checklists, GST quotations with PDFs, support cases with SLA clocks, a knowledge base, automation rules, reports and dashboards, email and calendar sync, webhooks and a REST API. Permissions are set per branch and per person.
Each is a real part of the product, not a roadmap item.
Companies, the people inside them, and the opportunities you are working. Every email, call and note lands on the record, so the history survives the person who made it.
Line items with HSN or SAC codes, tax by place of supply, your logo on the document, and a PDF that looks like your company rather than like a database.
Each stage has its own screen and its own requirements. A deal cannot reach Negotiation without the thing Negotiation needs, so the forecast means something.
Response and resolution clocks derived from priority, pausing when you are waiting on the customer. Internal notes stay internal.
Articles your team writes once and points at forever, so the same question is not answered from scratch by four different people.
When a deal is updated and the value is above ₹1,00,000, create a task and flag the forecast. Written in plain terms, tested before it goes live.
Group, filter and chart the records you already have. Money is exact, so the report and the quotation agree to the paisa.
IMAP in from any provider, SMTP out from your own address. A reply reaches the person who wrote the original, not a shared inbox nobody reads.
Per-workspace API keys, outbound webhooks on record changes, and audit export. Your website form can create a lead without anyone copying it in.
Per person, decided when you add them. A branch manager sees their branch and nothing else; a regional head sees several; a director sees everything. Because a branch is a real object rather than a filter, the boundary holds in reports and exports too, not only on screen.
Yes. Custom fields can be added to the standard records and appear in forms, reports and the API alongside the built-in ones. A field you invented is not a second-class citizen that only shows up on the detail screen.
They thread back onto the record. SimplCRM reads mail over IMAP from any server, matches the reply to the conversation it belongs to, and files it against the account, deal or case. A reply goes back to the person who wrote the message, not to a generic address.
Yes, and it can be exported. Who changed what, when, and from where, for the records that matter. On plans that include audit export it leaves the system in a form you can hand to an auditor without a screenshot.
Place-of-supply rules, HSN codes and one GSTIN per branch.
Stages, checklists, forecasting and the automation that keeps it honest.
From line items to a sent PDF, and what happens to the deal afterwards.
Ask your own data in plain English. It reads and only reads.
Ledgers, bank reconciliation, GST and TDS in the same workspace.
Geo-tagged punches, shifts and leave, and a register that feeds pay.
Consent-based activity that follows the person, not the machine.
Photograph a bill and keep the figures as a draft entry.
Group, filter and chart without SQL, a dashboard per app.
A field inbox, business-card reading and native Meta lead ads.
The pipeline, calls, capture and a punch in your pocket.
A separate database per customer, encryption, and where data lives.
Which modules are in which plan, and what each costs per month.
Migration, imports, offline access, contracts and support.
Accounts, contacts and deals; GST quotations; reports and dashboards; sales automation; support cases with SLAs; a knowledge base; email and calendar sync; webhooks; a full REST API; and audit export. Which of these a workspace gets depends on its plan.
Yes. SimplCRM exposes a REST API over the same data the application uses, with API keys issued per workspace, plus outbound webhooks that fire when records change. Both are how you connect it to a website form, an ERP or an accounting package.
Yes. SimplCRM reads mail over IMAP from any provider — Gmail and Microsoft 365 included, but not only those — and sends over SMTP, so staff can send from their own address. Replies are threaded back onto the record they belong to.
Your workspace is created with its own database, a head office branch and the GST engine already configured.
