The field half of the job, in your pocket.
A native Android and iOS app for the pipeline, the call log, lead capture and a geo-tagged punch — signed in until you sign out, and locked behind your face or fingerprint if you want it.
- Android and iOS
- Stays signed in
- Face ID / fingerprint lock
SimplCRM has a native mobile CRM app for Android and iOS that carries the field half of the product: the deal pipeline, leads and lead capture, a call log that records the outcome from the dialer, tasks and notifications, and a geo-tagged attendance punch. It stays signed in until you sign out, holds the session securely on the device, and can be locked with Face ID or a fingerprint.
The pipeline in a pocket
Deals, calls and the day’s punch on the home screen — the things a rep touches between meetings.
- Stays in
Signed in until you sign out
The session survives closing the app, so a rep between two calls opens the pipeline, not a login form. Held securely on the device and refreshed in the background.
- Locked
Your face, or your thumb
Turn on the biometric lock and the app asks for Face ID or a fingerprint on open, so a phone left on a café table is not an open CRM.
- Field-first
The things you do standing up
Log a call with its outcome from the dialer, punch in with a location, scan a card, pick up a task — the field half of the job without opening a laptop.
Built for the way a field team works
Why does staying signed in matter?
Because a rep uses the app in seconds-long bursts between other things, and an app that logs out on close turns every one of those into a password entry. SimplCRM keeps the session until you deliberately sign out, holding the refresh token in the phone’s secure storage and renewing access quietly, so opening the app lands on the pipeline rather than on a form.
How does the biometric lock work?
It is offered when you sign in and can be switched on or off in your profile. With it on, the app asks for your face or fingerprint each time it opens or returns from the background, using the phone’s own biometric hardware — SimplCRM never sees the face or the print, only whether the phone approved it. A device with no fingerprint or face set up says so plainly rather than silently doing nothing.
What does the call log capture?
The outcome, not just that a call happened. Logging a call records whether it connected, whether it needs rescheduling, the note, and it lands on the lead or deal it belongs to — so the day’s calls become the rep’s-day report rather than a memory. Numbers dial from the record, so calling a lead is a tap rather than a copy-paste.
Is it the desktop site on a phone?
No. It is a native app carrying the parts of the product that belong in a pocket — pipeline, leads, capture, calls, punch, tasks and notifications — designed for a thumb and a small screen. The desktop stays where the heavy work is; the phone does the field work, and the two are the same workspace and the same data.
Questions people ask
Is there a native mobile app?
Yes, a native app for Android and iOS. It carries the parts of SimplCRM a field team needs on the move — the pipeline, leads and lead capture, the call log, tasks and a geo-tagged attendance punch — rather than being the desktop site squeezed onto a phone.
Does it stay signed in?
Yes. The app keeps you signed in until you sign out, rather than logging you out every time it is closed, so a rep is not re-entering a password between two calls. The session is held securely on the device and refreshed in the background.
Can I lock it with Face ID or a fingerprint?
Yes. An optional biometric lock asks for your face or fingerprint when the app opens, so a lost or borrowed phone does not become an open CRM. It is offered at sign-in and can be turned on or off in the profile at any time.
What can a salesperson do from the phone?
Work the pipeline and deals, capture and scan leads, log a call with its outcome straight from the dialer, punch in and out with a location, and pick up tasks and notifications — the field half of the job, done from the phone without opening a laptop.
Put the pipeline in your pocket.
Start a workspace, sign in on your phone, and log a call and a punch before lunch.
