Terms of Service
The agreement between you and TechSlide IT Solutions for the use of SimplCRM. Effective 2 September 2026.
SimplCRM's Terms of Service set out the agreement between a business using the CRM and its publisher, TechSlide IT Solutions. In short: you own the records you put into the CRM and can export them at any time; we run the service, keep each customer in a separate database, and charge the plan you chose plus GST; you are responsible for what your team enters and for your own tax filings; and either side can end the arrangement, after which your workspace is recoverable for thirty days before it is destroyed.

The agreement
Who these terms are between
These terms are an agreement between TechSlide IT Solutions ("we", "us"), the publisher of SimplCRM, and the organisation that opens a workspace ("you", "your"). Where an individual accepts these terms on behalf of a business, that person confirms they are authorised to bind it.
How you accept them
Opening a workspace, signing in to one, or paying an invoice accepts these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service. Where a signed agreement exists between us that says something different, that agreement governs to the extent of the difference.
What we may change
We may amend these terms as the product changes or the law requires. Material changes will be notified to the workspace owner by email at least fourteen days before they take effect, and continuing to use the service after that date accepts them. If you do not accept a change, you may end the agreement before it takes effect and receive a pro-rata refund of any period already paid for.
The service
What we provide
SimplCRM is software delivered over the internet for recording leads, deals, contacts, quotations, tasks and support cases, with GST-aware documents and reporting. Features vary by plan, and some are sold as separate modules. We may add, change or withdraw features; where a feature you are paying for is withdrawn, we will tell you and refund the unused portion attributable to it.
Plans, trials and modules
Plans set the number of users, the number of branches, and which modules are included. A free trial, where offered, runs for the period stated at sign-up and may be ended by either side at any time. At the end of a trial a workspace becomes read-only rather than being deleted, so nothing is lost while you decide.
Who may use your workspace
Only the people you invite. You are responsible for the accounts you create, for the roles you assign to them, and for what those accounts do. Passwords must not be shared between people: a shared login makes the audit trail meaningless, which matters most at the moment you need it. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
Fees and payment
What you pay
You pay the fees for the plan and modules you have selected, at the prices published on our pricing page or set out in your order, for the billing period you chose. Prices are in Indian rupees.
GST and other taxes
Prices are exclusive of GST and any other applicable tax, which is added at the prevailing rate and shown separately on the invoice. Where you provide a valid GSTIN, invoices are raised against it. Where the law requires you to withhold tax on a payment to us, the amount payable is grossed up so that we receive what we would have received without the withholding.
Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period already paid for; we do not refund a period part-used except where these terms say otherwise or the law requires it.
If an invoice goes unpaid
We will tell you before anything happens. If an invoice remains unpaid, the workspace may be suspended — everybody is locked out, and the data is untouched. A suspended workspace is restored on payment. We will not delete a workspace for non-payment without at least thirty days written notice to the workspace owner and a reasonable opportunity to export the data.
Your data
Who owns what you put in
You do. The records in your workspace — your customers, your quotations, your correspondence, your files — remain yours. We claim no ownership of them and no right to use them beyond running the service for you and doing what you ask of it.
What we do with it
We store it, process it to provide the features you use, and back it up where you have asked us to. We do not sell it, do not share it for advertising, and do not use the contents of your workspace to train machine-learning models. Our staff access a customer workspace only where you have asked for support, where an incident requires it, or where the law compels it, and such access is recorded.
Getting it out
Every list in the product exports to CSV, and a workspace can be downloaded whole — every record, as CSV files in one zip. On plans that include it, scheduled backups are written to your own Google Drive, in an account you control. You do not need our cooperation to have a copy of your data, which is deliberate.
Where the boundary sits
Each customer workspace is a separate database rather than shared tables with a customer column, so one customer’s query cannot reach another customer’s rows even if the application has a bug. This is described further on our security page.
What you are responsible for
The accuracy of your records
We provide the software; the contents are yours. You are responsible for what your team enters, for having the right to hold the personal data you put in about your own customers and staff, and for the notices and consents that requires under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and any other law that applies to you.
Tax and statutory filings
SimplCRM computes GST on quotations and documents according to the rates and place-of-supply rules you configure, and is a tool rather than an adviser. It is not tax, legal or accounting advice. You remain responsible for the correctness of your rates, HSN and SAC codes, GSTIN details and filings, and we recommend they are reviewed by your accountant. We are not liable for a tax position taken on the basis of a document the software produced.
Acceptable use
Do not use SimplCRM to break the law, to send unsolicited bulk messages in breach of applicable rules, to store material you have no right to store, to attempt to reach another customer’s data, to probe or overload the service, or to resell access without a written agreement with us. We may suspend a workspace immediately where use of it is causing harm to others or to the service, and will tell you why.
Email you send through the product
Where you send mail through your own mail server or connected mailbox, you are the sender: your provider’s terms and the applicable rules on commercial mail and consent apply to you, and you are responsible for maintaining a lawful basis for each message. The product records consent and its source against a contact precisely so that basis is demonstrable.
Integrations, availability and support
Connections to other services
Connecting Google or Microsoft is optional and is initiated by you. Those services are operated by their own providers under their own terms, and what they do with your data on their side is between you and them. Permissions are requested as narrowly as the feature allows and can be revoked by you at any time, from within SimplCRM or from your provider account.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available continuously and will give reasonable notice of planned maintenance. Unless a separate written service-level agreement says otherwise, the service is provided without a guaranteed level of uptime, and no credit or refund arises automatically from an interruption.
Support
Support is provided by email at support@simplcrm.cloud during Indian business hours, at the level included in your plan. We will act on a report of a defect that materially affects the service with reasonable urgency.
Liability
What we warrant
We warrant that we will provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, and to the extent the law permits, the service is provided as it is: we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or free of defects, or that it will meet a requirement you have not told us about.
The limit of our liability
To the extent the law permits, neither side is liable to the other for loss of profit, loss of business, or indirect or consequential loss; and our total liability arising out of or in connection with this agreement, in any twelve-month period, is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims brought by a third party arising from the content you put into your workspace or your use of the service in breach of these terms. We will indemnify you against a claim that the service, used as permitted, infringes a third party’s intellectual property rights in India.
Confidentiality
Each side will keep the other’s confidential information confidential, use it only for this agreement, and protect it at least as carefully as its own. Your workspace contents are your confidential information. This obligation survives the end of the agreement.
Ending the agreement
By you
You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the period paid for. Export your data before you do; we will also honour a reasonable export request made within the grace period below.
By us
We may end the agreement on thirty days written notice, or immediately where you are in material breach and have not put it right within fourteen days of being asked, or where the law requires it. If we withdraw the service altogether we will give at least ninety days notice and refund any period paid for and not used.
What happens to the data
A deleted workspace is not destroyed at once. It is locked and held for a grace period of thirty days, during which it can be restored in full, and is then permanently destroyed along with its database. Backups written to your own Google Drive are in your account and are not ours to delete. Records we are required to keep — invoices and the accounting records behind them — are retained for the period the law requires.
General
Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [to be completed] have exclusive jurisdiction, save that either side may seek urgent injunctive relief in any competent court.
Assignment and the whole agreement
Neither side may assign this agreement without the other’s written consent, except that either may assign it to a successor of its business. These terms, with the privacy policy and any order you have signed, are the whole agreement between us on their subject. If a clause is held unenforceable, the rest stands.
